Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 
Please allow up to 3 working days to process your order. Expect an email confirmation immediately after your order and another within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way.

STORE PICKUP:
We do not currently offer a pick up option but please contact us directly if you need to discuss this. Keep in mind we are based in Christchurch, NZ. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, UK, USA. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. Sustained Fun is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@sustainedfun.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
