Refund Policy
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@sustainedfun.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange any items for other products, please contact us to discuss. We can exchange items if purchased products are in unused and unopened condition. We will swap your products in our webstore and send an invoice or refund for any difference in cost. Please note that all shipping charges incurred on purchases and returns are covered by the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
